Mother of 3, Grandmother 12, Retired Phila. Police Detective in 1996.1976 was one of the first one hundred women hired by the Phila Police Department to work patrol duty. Elected 1988-90 FOP#5 as Trustee & 1993-1996 as Vice President.
During my career recieved citation from Phila. City Council, Pa.House of Rep., Pa.Legislative Black Caucus, Proclaimation from U.S. Congressman Chaka Fattah, National Organization of Black Women in Law Enforcement (Founding President of the Phila. Chapter). Memeber of the African Methodist Episcopal Church, Grimes A.M.E. Church, Phoenixville, volunteer in the after school program, currently serve as a Trustee. My first love is in Jesus Christ.
